All of us were graduating in May, which meant we had one last spring break together. So when we were given a week off from school, we decided to go big. We packed the car and hit the road before sunrise with one direction in mind: west. The goal was to flee from Colorado’s late winter storms and make it to the Pacific coast—camping, skating, and exploring the whole way out. With each mile we travelled we found warmer weather, epic views, and secret skate spots.
